We are looking for a structured Junior People Operations Manager to support Payroll and People Operations for our warehouse location (white- and blue-collar scope). This position is limited to 1 year and based in Robakowo, close to Poznan.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support the payroll process to ensure accurate and timely execution, including tax filings, social security contributions, internal finance-related reporting and compliance audits
- Manage the full operative employee lifecycle, including contracts, terminations, onboarding, personnel files, benefits administration and the right to work for foreign employees in collaboration with the People Operations Manager
