Key Aims

• You’ll offer support to users, who can be staff, clients, customers and suppliers, and troubleshoot any problems. In some cases, this may involve designing new networks.
• Your aim is to ensure the integrity of high‑availability network infrastructure to provide maximum performance for your users.
• Although this position is primarily an engineering role, you must have a flair for sales and be able to successfully demonstrate the company's products at exhibitions and to customers as and when required.

Key Tasks

• Evaluate new networking technologies/environments, including software and hardware
• Monitor the performance of networks and make recommendations concerning network quality
