Location: São Paulo, Brazil About the Role You will support the corporate governance, compliance, and legal operations of multiple entities across the region. This position is ideal for someone early in their legal career who wants hands‑on exposure to international corporate work and cross‑border transactions. Key Responsibilities Draft and review corporate documents, including entity formation materials, board/shareholder meeting minutes, and compliance records. Support business license renewals, registrations, board and personnel changes, and powers of attorney. Coordinate with regional/global Finance teams to ensure compliance with local financial statement requirements and maintain annual compliance calendars.
