Junior IT Technical Support

Responsibilities:

• Provide helpdesk and technical support to end users.
• Managing and maintaining hardware and software in the computer.
• Desktop PC, printer and IT equipment support, upgrade and maintenance.
• Maintain and configure existing customer IT system, PC, servers, firewall, switch, and others.
• Perform routine maintenance on network infrastructure.
• Assist in the setup, installation, and configuration of network devices, including routers, switches and firewalls.
• Work closely with other IT staff to implement network solutions and improvements

Requirements:

• Junior IT technical support
• At least 1 year of working experience in IT technical/network field/ Fresh graduate in IT/network (or equivalent experience).
• Applicant should be Malaysian citizens.
• CCNA certificate will be an added advantage.
