About the Role
yellowshark AG in Root, Luzern sucht einen ICT-Support-Mitarbeiter, der ICT-Infrastrukturen für KMU-Kunden betreut und technische Anliegen im Service Desk löst. Du wirst System Engineers und Projektteams unterstützen und eigene kleinere technische Projekte umsetzen.
Du solltest eine Ausbildung als Informatiker/in EFZ und mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung im ICT-Umfeld mitbringen. Stilsicheres Deutsch (C2) und gutes Englisch (B2) sind erforderlich, und du solltest im Besitz eines Führerausweises der Kategorie B sein.
