About the Role:
We’re looking for a Junior IT Support Specialist to join our growing team and help maintain the smooth operation of our internal IT systems. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in IT support and networking who’s ready to take on more responsibility in a dynamic and technical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and network/system issues
Provide daily technical support to internal staff (on-site and remote)
Configure and manage FortiGate firewalls, VLANs, and NAT/QoS rules
Deploy and maintain backup engines and related infrastructure
Support the setup and maintenance of servers, printers, and networking devices
Monitor and maintain IT systems and infrastructure performance
Apply security policies across servers, backups, VM layers, and networks in line with cybe...
