Responsibilities
- Manage delivery of server orders and provide after-sales maintenance to customers.
- Diagnose and resolve various hardware, software, server, and network issues.
- Collect, analyze, and resolve technical issues that customers encounter, both before and after the sale.
- Adhere to strict work handover protocols and provide consistent and accurate information.
- Follow the company's customer service standards and procedures and stay up-to-date with the latest products and technologies.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation for excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in IT or a related field required.
- Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
