Job Description:
- Provide L1 and L2 technical support for end users across laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues related to laptops, servers, printers, and storage devices.
- Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting including IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, and connectivity issues.
