Exciting opportunity to join NCS Global Technology Sdn. Bhd. as the Junior HR Manager. In this full-time position, you will lead the company's human resources strategies and initiatives, playing a crucial role in shaping the organisation's talent management and employee engagement. Based at our Bayan Lepas, Penang office, you will be instrumental in driving the HR function to support the company's growth and success.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and programmes to attract, retain and develop top talent
2. Overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and offboarding
