Junior / Graduate Software Developer (PHP – Logistics & Automation)

About the Role

We're hiring a Junior / Graduate Software Developer with a strong interest in PHP development, automation, and logistics systems. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career developers who want to work on real-world operational software — systems that automate warehouses, freight workflows, integrations, and data movement between platforms.

You'll be building and supporting backend services that help move orders, inventory, and shipping data efficiently — reducing manual work through smart automation.

You will be working in our Talisay, Cebu based BPO, dealing with Australian clients. Strong English skills are important.

Logistics experience is not mandatory but a good head start — we'll teach you the domain. What matters most is your technical fundamentals, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn.
