Job Description
The Junior GMP Production Coordination Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) operations within MAPS production. The position ensures that production activities are executed in compliance with internal procedures, regulatory expectations, and operational excellence standards. This role is ideal for someone early in their GMP career who wants to grow into production coordination, quality oversight, or operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Deviation & CAPA Management — Coordinates, tracks, and documents deviations and CAPAs related to MAPS production, ensuring timely closure, root‑cause analysis quality, and alignment with GMP requirements.
Mix‑up SOP Monitoring — Oversees the implementation and effectiveness of Mix‑up prevention SOPs within MAPS operations, including field applicability checks and feedback to process owners.
