ROLES, RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY
- Assist in daily accounting task, including book keeping and data entry.
- Responsible for account payable by processing payment to suppliers.
- To reconcile supplier statement and resolve the discrepancy promptly.
- Involve in account receivable by following up with customers on payment matter, sending statement of account and update the payment received.
- To prepare bank reconciliation.
- To do submission of E-invoice.
- To assist in Filing.
- Providing support in accounting-related tasks when required.
