Junior Estimator

The Junior Estimator is responsible for performing data entry work using a computer and appropriate software; entering, updating, researching, verifying, and/or retrieving data into/ from various systems; and ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information recorded. We are focused on adding team members who are familiar with the construction environment, that have the ability to read architectural drawings and who are able to prepare accurate material quotes.

Essential Functions

• Enters, updates and verifies data into various systems for use by the Estimating Team
• Tracks documents received and completion dates
• Assists and trains employees and new data entry operators on software programs
• Helps technical staff to resolve computer and software problems
• Runs and distributes reports
• Performs other related duties as required
