Key Responsibilities:
1. Rapid Solution Building (Vibe Coding)
- High-Velocity Deployment: Lead the speed-to-market for new solutions. Use your fundamental programming knowledge to guide AI tools in building functional MVPs in record time.
- Business-Driven Development: Work with the Head of Product to translate business signals into tangible, live products.
- Full Lifecycle Ownership: Manage prototypes from initial concept and AI-assisted drafting to deployment and initial testing.
2. Technical Quality & AI Integration
- AI-Assisted Craftsmanship: Use your programming background to ensure that vibe-coded solutions are not just fast, but architecturally sound.
- Best Practice Maintenance: Intentionally maintain standards for code structure, documentation, and API integration so prototypes can be easily scaled by core engineering teams.
