Junior Software Engineer - HealthTech

We're building a privacy-first health platform with a new architectural approach—designed for real-world reliability (not perfect internet). If you like solving problems, learning fast, and shipping useful software, you'll fit in.

What you'll do (you'll ship real work)

You'll start in a track based on fit (you can rotate later):

• Frontend: build clean, fast UI flows and app screens users touch daily
• Backend: implement APIs, validation, business rules, and integrations
• DevOps/Infra: improve reliability, deployments, monitoring, and security basics

Day-to-day, you'll:

• Break problems down, propose solutions, and implement in small increments
• Work with code reviews and fast feedback loops
• Use AI tools to move faster—but still apply your own judgment
