KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Overall management on the database environment, including system (performance management and tuning, problem diagnosis and resolution) and application software support (installation and maintenance, problem diagnosis and resolution, installation and maintenance – upgrades, new releases, and patches)
• Manage processes for efficiently importing, cleaning, transforming, and exporting data for various purposes, including analytics
• Provide regular reports on database performance, usage patterns, and other metrics as required by management.
• Assist data analysts and other users in querying databases, understanding data models, and retrieving the required data efficiently
