In Poland - WarsawCRM Team – Driving Scalable Growth and User-Centric Enablement The CRM team is a central function at Simon-Kucher that ensures our global consulting business has the right tools, processes, and insights to manage client relationships at scale. As the backbone of our commercial infrastructure, the team supports the full CRM lifecycle—from user support to strategic roadmap development—and acts as a connector between business needs and technical solutions. We collaborate closely with our colleagues in Marketing, IT, and Business (Partners) to continuously improve how the firm engages with prospects and clients. With Microsoft Dynamics at our core, we aim to maximize CRM adoption, usability, and business value through smart configuration, strong data governance, and a forward-looking CRM vision.
