About the Role
Our client is a growing family business operating for over 12 years. With presence all over Victoria, our client prides themselves in providing outstanding service to their premium clients. While expanding their presence, the company has provided training to the majority of their staff members. Currently, they are looking for new members for the CBD office - training provided.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Managing conveyancing paperwork and materials involving the contract
- Liaising with clients and other stakeholders including lenders and agents
- Data entry and drafting correspondence
- Reviewing and lodging legal and contractual documents
- Overseeing conveyancing process from start to settlement day
