About the Role
- Primarily responsible for the accurate and timely processing of purchase invoices (30%);
- Responsible for correctly posting bank statements and preparing payment batches (10%);
- Various ad-hoc projects (20%), e.g., assisting external auditors, process improvement & analysis;
- Gradually taking over full responsibility for all financial tasks at our UK subsidiary. This includes VAT, corporate income tax, (salary) payments, and month-end closing activities (30%);
- Assisting the Head of Finance / Controller with various general ledger-related tasks (10%).
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, team player, ability to deal with constantly changing circumstances, and the ability to meet tight deadlines;
- MBO / HBO degree in accounting or a related field;
