Junior Content Manager - Shoprite Group Marketing

Purpose of the Role

To support the execution and delivery of marketing content by coordinating end-to-end content production processes, managing content creators, and ensuring that all content is delivered on time, on brand, and in line with campaign objectives.

The role focuses on operational content management, workflow coordination, and quality control across multiple campaigns and brands within a high-volume retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Content Operations & Workflow Management

• Coordinate day-to-day content production activities across campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Manage content workflows from briefing through to delivery and publication.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure alignment with campaign timelines.
• Track progress, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure consistent execution.
• Escalate risks or delays where required to ensure delivery targets are met.
