The Role
Insights Driven Research (IDR) is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Compliance Associate to support the firm's compliance program and daily control processes. This entry-level role works closely with the Head of Compliance as well as cross-functional teams to help ensure adherence to internal policies, client requirements, and applicable regulatory and contractual standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Engagement Oversight
Assist with day-to-day compliance reviews of research projects and expert engagements
Review screening responses and project details for policy and client restriction issues
