About the Role
**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer oriented **Junior Cloud Support Engineer** to join our team. This is a **remote** position.
As a Junior Cloud Support Engineer, you will have the opportunity to grow your technical skills as a member of the Cloud Operations Team for the NAVSEA Bluewater Cloud. You will work under the guidance of senior engineers to resolve technical issues and improve the overall user experience. This role offers an entry-point into cloud service management, incident response, and cross-platform technical expertise.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Provide platform help desk support by managing the full lifecycle of GOV Cloud IT service requests and operational tasks in alignment with ITSM processes
+ Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Knowledge Base (KB) documentation by identifying trends in recurring service requests to improve resolution efficiency
