Your Role

• Provide technical support for network connectivity and performance issues involving Cisco devices.
• Assist customers by troubleshooting basic incidents, ensuring clear and service-oriented communication.
• Monitor network status and elevate issues when necessary.
• Document activities, troubleshooting steps, and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Your Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, NOC, or customer support roles (customer service experience is also valid).
• Strong knowledge of Cisco networking technologies (Wireless or LAN Switching).
