As our junior BDR, you’ll focus primarily on lead generation and cold outreach, creating new business opportunities and building the foundation for our sales success.
What You’ll Do
- Research and build targeted prospect lists within HR and IT departments
- Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Start conversations with potential clients and introduce SuccessDay’s HRIT consulting services
- Identify interest and qualify leads using clear criteria
