Junior Backend Developer

We are looking for a Junior Backend Developer with a strong foundation in and an interest in building scalable backend systems on AWS. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, writes clean code, and enjoys working in a collaborative development environment.
You will work closely with senior developers, frontend teams, and product stakeholders to develop, maintain, and optimise backend services and APIs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend services using
Build and integrate RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications
Work with databases (SQL or NoSQL) to store and retrieve application data
Assist in deploying and managing backend services on AWS
Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
Debug, troubleshoot, and fix backend issues
Follow best practices for security, performance, and scalability
Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure smooth system integration
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
