Junior Architect

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience is an advantage.
• High proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge in SketchUp, Revit, Lumion and other 3D visualization software is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of cost estimation is an advantage.
• Good communication and organization skills.
• Team player with strong work ethic.
• Must be located in Silang, Cavite or nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing design drawings and architectural plans.
• Help with documentation for permits and construction.
• Prepare quotations and cost estimates for incoming projects.
• Handle customer relations, including responding to inquiries and attending client meetings.
