About the Role
Job Description
As a Junior Architect at 25cube studio, you will work closely with senior architects and project leads through all phases of design and construction. You will play a key role in drafting, 3 D visualization, and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design Development: Assist in developing innovative architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed design schemes.
• Technical Drawing: Prepare comprehensive architectural drawings, floor plans, sections, and elevations using Auto CAD and Revit.
• 3 D Visualization: Create high-quality 3 D models and renderings to help clients visualize project outcomes.
• Documentation: Assist in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQs), material specifications, and municipal drawing sets.
• Site Coordination: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure adherence to design specifications, and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
