Junior Architect / Junior Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Drafting

• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and details using CAD or BIM software.
• Assist in developing conceptual designs, space planning, and schematic layouts.
• Help create presentations, renderings, and design boards for client meetings.

2. Documentation

• Produce and update technical drawings for building permits, construction, and as-built plans.
• Ensure all documents comply with building codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Coordinate architectural plans with structural, MEP, and other discipline drawings.

3. Project Coordination

• Assist in preparing project schedules, specifications, and material selections.
• Communicate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors as needed.
