Responsibilities:
• Process accounts payable invoices with precision, ensuring timely and accurate payment to vendors.
• Allocate project costs effectively, using provided guidelines to match invoices to the appropriate projects.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Conduct weekly cheque runs and electronic fund transfers (EFTs) for vendor payments.
