Job Summary
The Junior Air Freight Officer – Fine Arts & Exhibitions supports the planning, coordination, and execution of air freight shipments for fine art, exhibitions, and cultural assets. The role ensures safe, compliant, and timely transport while adhering to strict handling, security, and conservation standards.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in coordinating air freight shipments of fine art and exhibition materials from origin to destination


Prepare and process shipping documentation, including air waybills, customs paperwork, and insurance forms


Liaise with airlines, agents, customs brokers, museums, galleries, and exhibition organizers


Support customs clearance processes, including temporary imports/exports and carnet handling


Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delays or issues
