Position Overview

FinFit is looking for a detail‑oriented Junior Staff Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team. This role plays a key part in supporting daily accounting operations, including payments, internal fund movements, and bank reconciliations. This position is ideal for an early‑career accounting professional with a solid foundational understanding of accounting principles who is eager to grow, learn, and build experience in a fintech environment. The Staff Accountant will work closely with the Controller and internal team members to ensure accuracy, organization, and process consistency.
