Junior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Providing the services include but are not limited to the following:
• Managing the Sdn Bhd company accounts and liaising with local or foreign clients
• Reconciling bank and vendor accounts, posting to and balancing the general ledger, processing payments, and compiling segments of monthly closings
• Resolving accounting queries and addressing issues that arise from client portfolios
• Verifying the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of accounting information received
• Preparing timely reports on Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet (BS), Bank Reconciliation, and other necessary reports
• Assisting clients in setting up their business flow and handling payroll when required
• Ensuring clients' compliance with all statutory obligations
• Prepare documents and assist with the audit and company income tax department calculations
• Performing other ad hoc tasks as needed
