Junior Accountant / Graduate Scheme – Global Investment Firm

Mondrian Alpha are working with a fast‑growing hedge fund that is looking to hire a Junior Accountant into its finance team. This role offers broad exposure across core accounting and fund reporting and is well suited to someone at an early stage in their accounting career, with around 6–24 months of experience, who is keen to build a strong technical foundation within a high‑quality investment environment.

The position will sit alongside a senior member of the finance team, providing day‑to‑day support across the firm’s accounting and reporting processes. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with month‑end close, balance sheet reconciliations, journal preparation and NAV oversight.
• Supporting the audit process and liaising with external service providers.
• Expanding responsibilities over time as the individual develops.
