Summary

The Junior Account Manager supports the management of client accounts, acting as a point of contact for clients and assisting in the coordination of projects. • Assist as the coordinator of the projects ins and outs; support the account showrunner
• Operate as a point of contact for designated clients under supervision
• Be detail-oriented and customer-focused in handling client requests
• Monitor and track client account metrics to support achievement of KPIs/goals
