Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Lead projects and direct efforts of assigned engineering and project services resources; oversees all aspects of project delivery (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closeout). Proactively manage stakeholder expectations by addressing project needs and concerns. Responsible for project outcomes (cost, schedule, and budget) through to project completion. Operates with a degree of flexibility subject to meeting minimum requirements as specified within the Project Management Manual and Client standards. May be supported by a Project Engineer / Coordinator and Project Controls; where individuals are not assigned to these roles on a project, the PM assumes accountability.
