About the Role

Our client is Canada's largest retailer. They are looking for a Project Coordinator to support a large-scale supply chain and retail store rollout initiative. This role will work closely with a Senior Project Manager, providing hands-on coordination, reporting, scheduling, and communication support for deployments across 2,+ retail locations.
Location: Brampton (4 days/week onsite)
Duration: December to start
Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day project coordination and execution activities
Prepare and maintain status reports, trackers, schedules, and documentation
Assist with meeting coordination, agendas, follow-ups, and action tracking
Support store and supply chain deployment activities, including scheduling and communications
Track risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate as required
