About this Position
As a Jr. PlantHR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted people partner for our
manufacturing site in GEBKİM, with a strong focus on blue-collar
workforce management and industrial relations. You will be responsible for
implementing regional and global HR strategies at plant level, working closely
with plant leadership to ensure strong people practices and a sustainable shop
