About the Role
Monitor & Carrying out all the Production Activities as a Shift In charge in Regular Shift. Daily Charge handed over to next shift’s shift in charge and charge taken from previous shift’s shift in charge. To assign work to Executive, operators & Helper & monitoring their work. Operating of all the Equipment’s as per the SOPs. Charging & Monitoring of Batch as per the BMR. Monitoring & Carrying out Operation like Centrifuging, Filtration, Milling, sifting. To Fill & Review of all BMRs, Daily Checklists, Equipment Log Books & Shift Log Book. Carrying out Calibration of Weighing Balances. To Maintain General House-Keeping & cGMP compliance in the Shift. Packing & dispatch activity of Finished Product as per the Instruction. Coordinating with QC for in process & Complete Analysis as & when required. Coordinating with QA for Issuance of BMRs, Checklist & other Production related Documents...
