The Role



You will have a strong background in overseeing end-to-end manufacturing operations within high-quality custom joinery and fit-out environments. Proven expertise in managing production workflows, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to exacting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients, designers, architects, and suppliers to coordinate project requirements and timelines.
  • Interpret architectural drawings and client briefs.
  • Produce detailed production drawings using Microvellum.
  • Prepare and nest CNC-ready files for efficient machining and material optimization.
  • Order and manage procurement of materials, hardware, and fittings.
  • Issue clear workshop drawings and documentation for factory production.
