Rowing Canada Aviron (RCA) is seeking aSenior Coach (Pathways) to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Canadian rowing. This position is designed for a passionate and experienced coach who thrives on developing athletes and supporting their journey to the podium. The individual selected in this role will be assigned to the Men’s Program.

About the Role

As Senior Coach (Pathways), you will:

• Providedaily coaching supportat RCA’s National Training Centre, collaborating with Lead Coaches and High Performance staff.
• Driveathlete development, including recruitment, performance tracking, and individualized performance planning.
• Mentor and engage coaches across the High Performance pathway.
• Contribute toselection processes, training programs, and pathway strategies for Canada’s top rowing talent.
