Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst – Data Visualization to join our team. As a Data Analyst – Data Visualization, you will be responsible for managing the analysis and reporting of loyalty program data, driving actionable insights, and assisting in decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and report on loyalty program data to drive actionable insights.
Assist in marketing campaign analytics, UTM & customer analytics, and loyalty program management.
Create clear and insightful KPIs and metrics, charts, graphs, and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.
Communicate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable insights for clients.
Present findings in presentations or reports in a structured manner.
Synthesize complex data and illuminate data-driven opportunities and challenges.
