• Coordinate overall planning and operational strategies, obtaining necessary approvals from the company.
• Manage engineering team in preparing Well Design Basis, Drilling Program, Section Guidelines, Logistics Management Plan, and related documents.
• Oversee well-site supervision of drilling and well construction activities, ensuring adherence to well programs, safety, and environmental regulations, and managing service company contractors.

Support drilling operations by managing crew movements, supply chain, and obtaining government approvals for drilling programs/AFE.
