Your role includes developing employment opportunities for clients and collaborating with employers to ensure a good match. You will also assist with job search, provide ongoing support, and follow up to guarantee job retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with WorkBC Advisors for intensive client support
• Develop tailored job opportunities through employer relationships
• Negotiate job specifics, including accommodations
