Salary Range $31.53 – $36.94 per hour. Salary placement on scale based on qualifications and experience relevant to position.

The Opportunity

The Job Developer is responsible for helping participants understand the local labour market and career pathways. This role involves securing informational interviews, arranging job shadowing opportunities, and negotiating employment placements. Additionally, the Job Developer assists clients with resume creation, interview preparation, job search techniques, onboarding, training, and ongoing job maintenance. A key aspect of the role is building and maintaining strong relationships with employers in the trades sector.
