Jio is looking to hire Jio Point Lead.
Ideal candidate shall have 4 – 6 years of experience in Sales (Telecom/ FMCG/Fintech).
Education: Graduation in any stream
Job Description:
- Drive channel expansion in the catchment territory,
- Monitor the performance of retail outlets in the catchment territory,
- Drive acquisition and revenue targets - inbound and outbound,
- Operationalize all the Jio points within a Jio Centre,
- Own performance of the preferred outlets of the territory,
- Ensure world class customer experience at Jio Points,
- Maintain hygiene and governance at Jio Points,
- Monitor and manage productivity of the team,
- Monitor, evaluate and train the team and channel partners.
