- Drive channel expansion in the catchment territory
- Monitor the performance of retail outlets in the catchment territory
- Drive acquisition and revenue targets - inbound and outbound
- Operationalize all the Jio points within a Jio Centre
- Own performance of the preferred outlets of the territory
- Ensure world class customer experience at Jio Points
- Maintain hygiene and governance at Jio Point
- Monitor and manage productivity of the team
- Monitor, evaluate and train the team and channel partners
