• 10+ years with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1) in functional/BA roles
• 5+ years leading teams, including onshore/offshore resources
• Strong experience across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and order-to-cash modules.
• Proven ability to lead support, enhancements, configuration, and system improvements
• Experience driving business process optimization and system-led transformation
• Strong stakeholder management – acting as liaison between business and IT to deliver solutions

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with full lifecycle implementations, acquisitions, or ERP transformations
• Background in manufacturing environments
