Java Thunderhead Developer

We are looking for an experienced Java Thunderhead Developer to design, develop, and support customer communication management (CCM) solutions using the Thunderhead platform. The role involves building and maintaining high-quality, scalable document generation and customer engagement solutions integrated with Java-based systems.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java development, experience with Thunderhead NOW or Thunderhead CCM, and knowledge of enterprise application integration.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain applications using Java (Core Java / J2EE).
Design and implement Thunderhead document templates and customer communication workflows.
Integrate Thunderhead solutions with backend systems via APIs and web services.
Customize document generation for transactional and batch communications.
Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of Java and Thunderhead applications.
