• 4+ years of professional Java development experience
• Strong experience with Java and Spring / Spring Boot
• Retail industry exposure — you understand transactions, volume, and tight deadlines
• RESTful APIs, microservices, and SQL databases are familiar territory
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile ways of working
