Role Overview
We are looking for a Java Lead / Technical Lead with strong hands-on experience in Java and Microservices to lead development teams and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade applications.
Critical Skill Set (Must-Have)
8+ years of experience with at least 2+ years in a Lead role
Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot (Microservices)
Experience with OMS (Order Management Systems) in Retail domain – Mandatory
Hands-on with ReactJS or AngularJS
Experience with RDBMS / NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra)
Strong understanding of AWS / GCP / Azure (Certification Mandatory)
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, ...
